Threatened by Cab driver

I was recently physically threatened and racially abused by a mini cab driver. I am trying to trace him. I managed to take down his pco licence number before he sped off with out accepting my payment. However I do not know the cab office he works for as someone else who seemed to be organising the cabs outside the venue I was in that night phoned and the arranged the car. I have spoken to the venue who claim it is nothing they know/can help about. Does anyone know how I can trace the driver/cab office from the drivers private hire licence number ? thanks.

Mini cab drivers are licensed by TFL. There is a web page for making comments and complaints. Select the Private Hire Vehicle option.

Also report it to the Police.

PCO are (or were several years ago) very good about that sort of thing.
