Hi,

I am Lisa and I currently teach online yoga classes for women who are approaching, or are going though the menopause, these are very gentle flow based yoga classes to help build bone and muscle strength, aid flexibility and help relieve many of the symptoms associated with the peri menopause or menopause. I have qualifications in teaching vinyasa flow, restorative and MY menopause yoga techniques and currently run classes on the following days:-

Wednesdays 6:30 to 7:30pm via Zoom - Gentle Flow, easy paced movement to build strength and flexibility.

Sundays 4:30 to 5:30pm via Zoom - Gentle flow and Restore - this class is great for relieving anxiety and fatigue as we practise 30 minutes of gentle flowing movement followed by Restorative poses held for between 5 to 10 minutes where the body is supported in place, allowing the body and mind to fully relax.

A little experience of yoga would be ideal, I am offering your first class as a trial complimentary one, and if you would then like to join the sessions the cost is ?20 per month.

DM me if you would like to know more, or please check out my website for further info yoga-lisa.co.uk or e mail [email protected].

I would also be happy to guide one to one sessions for absolute beginners, either in person (pending any covid restrictions) or via Zoom.

    • They’ve backed away from pretending they produce their own goods recently. That claim sat at the centre of the misdirection for years. They’ve now accepted they can’t sustain it, so they’re beginning to highlight the local independent bakeries whose products they actually sell. The business is essentially a courier model running on a slim margin.
    • Another sparrow hawk visor to our cherry tree at the weekend.  Our robin survived, but we may be a sparrow down.     any thoughts on bird feeders & bird baths with the current bird flu?  I try to wash out the bird bath most days when at home, but not on the 3 days in a row that I’m in the office & the bird feeders rather less regularly. Would it be better not to have at all (as my partner thinks)?
    • OOOPS. My daughter just had to pay a five pound fine. I hadn't put a stamp on it. I remember wondering whether to use a  first or second class stamp,  and clearly when I posted it I still hadn't decided (but sadly didn't notice). I feel really bad for suspecting a postie might have  opened it.  Sorry posties.
