Advice needed - beading laminate floors

I'm just after some advice, we had laminate flooring refitted & beading was then laid down as it was a refit. Sadly it wasn't fitted that well and has come away in parts an just looks shoddy.

Ideally we'd like the beading taken away and the laminate put flush with the skirting but as there's a gap (as it was a refit) I think the skirting would have be taken off and relowered. Is this the only way we could get around this issue? Anyone able to do this and quote for this work please drop me a message.

Any help / advice / recommendatons appreciated.

Thanks
