Hi there, my name is Kamlyn Chak, I am a local children's and adult yoga teacher.

I am excited to be starting an in person, safe and socially distanced teen yoga class at the Copelston centre and I will also be carrying on with my online class. We explore breathwork, gentle asana, movement and relaxation. Details are below:

MONDAY 17.30 - 18.30 ZOOM (During term time)

Ages: 11- 17

Dates:02, 09, 16, 23, 30th Nov, 07th Dec

Price: ?36.00 @ ?6 per session

THURSDAY 17.30 - 18.30 COPELSTON CENTRE SE154AN (During term time)

Ages: 11 - 17

Dates: 05, 12, 19, 26th Nov, 03, 10th Dec

Price: ?60.00 @ ?10 per session

  It was a reactionary post and inappropriate when talking about a real case and a real person who was harmed. London streets are generally pretty safe. Sadly violent crime happens from time to time, as it always has.

  Do tell, CPR Dave, what the spiteful jealous stuff is - I'm intrigued. Agree - Burnham is a top class communicator (polar opposite of Starmer) he'd do a great job of uniting the party. I still think Wes Streeting has the edge, though I'm sure he has more enemies as well.

  This is a huge part of the problem. Starmer is only interested in himself, not in what is best for our country. There's a litany of stuff he's done for spiteful jealous personal reasons which has damaged the nation enormously. Burnham would be a much better leader than of the other dross left behind when Starmer goes. To inflict a worse leader (and PM) upon us for his own selfish reasons would add to the problems and be entirely in keeping with his woeful premiership so far.
