Volunteering opportunities for a 13 year old

Hello

My 13 year old son has started his Duke of Edinburgh award. He would like to volunteer. Can any of you offer anything? He is great with small children, older and disabled people and equally would be happy to help sort things in any food bank / charity shop . he is numerate( more than his mum) but moderately dyslexic so any task with lots of reading would be a struggl .

Please let me know any ideas.

      Roof replacement costs

      We just had to have a fair bit of roofing done, along with new guttering and facia replacement (swapping out wooden for pvc) Also chimneys needed repointing & had problems with a large roof light. we didn’t know why we had damp in certain parts of the living room & turns out water was getting in via damaged chimneys. we ended up using vintage roofing and building ltd, & have to say they did a great job, scaffolding went up and work started straight away, they were pleasant & respectful of our property, & tidy. they showed us videos of the damage before starting work, & of the work after it was completed. And we have a 20 year guarantee. We live in a Victorian semi  happy to PM you how much it cost us
