Yep I love my kindle. And find it dead easy having it all linked with Amazon account. I have a holder/case for it with an integrated light which is v useful for when I find myself sharing a room with one of the kids or I don't wnat to wake husband up.

I have a Kindle and the best thing about it for me is picking up almost exactly at the spot you stopped reading rather than with a physical book where it is much easier to loose your page and end up re-reading several pages again.

Worse thing is I have no feeling for the physical sz of the book and more of pain to flick through next few pages to see where chapter ends etc. I have actually gone into bookshops to look at the physical version of books I'm reading. My Kindle tracks along the bottom of the screen saying what %age of the book I have read rather than page x of xxxx. Slowly getting used to the %age business but bit odd.

Yep my wife has similar and finds it very useful.

I've had my Kindle for about 2 years and I love it. I particularly like the way that if I want to continue reading a book on my iPhone or iPad, it automatically takes me to the exact point I was up to on my Kindle. Like other posters, I like having it linked with my Amazon account. There are so many free books on offer that I don't think I've paid for a book for over a year- it's made me read loads of books that I quite probably wouldn't have tried if I'd had to pay for them.

Being interested in that kind of thing I follow him a lot. Anyway, a few days ago he posted about his plants being deliberately poisoned allegedly by his neighbour. He is going through the process of taking legal action and videoing this journey. There is another follow up which he posted a couple of days ago . It might be helpful to you. I think I should point out that the alleged culprit is not identified on the video so not breaking any privacy laws in sharing this.
