Looking for family to share our nanny with

We are a family based in Nunhead with a brilliant(French) nanny. We were sharing one of the days with another family, but they have decided to go to nursery. So, we are looking for someone to share with on either Tuesdays or Fridays starting in January. We would prefare the share to be with another child of a similar age to our daughter, she's 2.5 years old. It's also important to us that the other family is comfortable with our approach to childrearing. In a nutshell, that is a respectful parenting approach based on the principles of aware parenting and education methods such as Montessori, RIE, Steiner.
