Lost looking dog walking up friern rd going upwards from the park end

if anyone sees a dog alone and loose, can they pls try and befriend it and take it somewhere safe. this firework noise is not good for dogs being out.

Please could you describe how to do that for someone who has no experience? I'm imagining holding their collar and walking to a fenced off part of the park maybe?

This happened to me and I used the belt from my mac as a 'leash' but this was only because I'd befriended the animal and thought it wouldn't be averse to this type of action.

Use a belt, scarf, shoelace if there is a collar to attach it to.

Only approach a dog that seems agreeable.
