Looking for someone to trim wisteria and clear gutter

Hello - looking to employ a workman/woman with long ladder to trim a wisteria on our house that is overgrown, and clear the gutter.

The wisteria is currently growing into the gutter/pipe and causing a blockage. That is causing damp in our living room so would like to get it sorted ASAP.
