Festive mum & Baby courses - Face to face - starting this month

Hello Mummies,

I just wanted to let you know we are so happy to be able to be running during lockdown, providing support to new mums through our courses and groups for babies 0-18 months.

We have some special 4 week Festive mum & baby courses starting in the next few weeks in Duwich,Sydenham, Herne Hill & New Cross. The courses are a mix of play, baby massage & yoga and movement as well as time to connect with other mums.

I will also be running a weekly support group which starts on 18th November in East Dulwich
