Today Pavel and his team at And Move did our house removal. We moved from a large rental house back into our post refurbishment 5 bed house in Dulwich. Pavel and his team were truly outstanding. We have a lot of stuff! But throughout the whole day all the guys smiled and nothing was a problem! They moved all our large and heavy furniture with care and attention and were professional to the end. Having used previously a local larger firm, Pavel at And Move provided an equally good service at a more palatable price which was important for us after our refurbishment. Highly recommend them to anyone wishing to move house! I found them here on EDF and recommend them without hesitation.

  Gosh, calm down.. How about not getting so heated, and not eat for 24 hours with sips of water? Try it and you may, just may understand, starvation, no water. No meds at all even if you need them - hasten to add, don’t do it at all if you are medically dependent. In fact, why doesn’t ED - do this for half a day - say in Oct, when everyone has come back from enjoying their, hols, new term starting and as a community, we could all be 1.? Before, November, fireworks, etc.
