Fixing a fridge

Does anyone fix fridges anymore or do you have to just buy a new one?

The fridge bit of my lovely fridge freezer isn?t working (freezer is ok) - if anyone can recommend someone who fixes them pls dm me.

Try Steve Spin Doctor who has loads of recommendations on here. If he covers the model/make he will ask you to do some basic troubleshooting and then arrange to visit if that doesn?t work.

We had a problem with the compressor on our fridge a while back and I just wanted someone to come and look at it, but the troubleshooting he asked me to do over 24 hours first fixed it - and no charge. So knows his stuff and is clear with what he can do and can?t do. The fridge/freezer did die about 18 months later but it definitely held off on the new purchase for a while.
