Happy Balance Pilates - give your loved one the gift of movement for Christmas

Recommended Posts

In addition to being a Body Control Pilates teacher, I also have an office based 'day job'. Like many people I've been working from home for most of this year and therefore sitting at a rather dodgy desk (!). My body is definitely feeling the negative impact of that but luckily, being a Pilates teacher, I know exactly how to stretch out my achy shoulders and back. Unfortunately however many people don't know how to manage these issues and are suffering unnecessarily.

So why don't you give your loved one the gift of movement this Christmas and book them in for a Zoom session with me - www.happybalancepilates.com.

Zoom sessions allow clients to experience a one-to-one class from the comfort of their own home. A brilliant way to truly dive into Pilates - perfect for beginners, or to get back into practice after a break - all exercises will be tailored specifically for each client's body and needs.

The first session will be ?50, with any further sessions at ?60 each. If you are purchasing a session as a Christmas gift for someone, I will ask you to pay 50% in advance, and the remainder when the session date is confirmed - I will post you a Happy Balance Pilates branded card, so you have something to give them on the day. Please contact me via my website www.happybalancepilates.com to book a session, or make any enquires.

Thank you

Carole

    • Yes, we have a Casio CT-S100 we no longer need, except I dont think we have the headphones any more. It has a USB connection. £50? https://www.argos.co.uk/product/7333639
    • Thank you! She is both spayed and microchipped, and reported missing on Petlog and with the vets.   She normally never goes out the front, certainly for never more than 10-15 minutes, so this is definitely new territory for her. There is lots of dense foliage across the road so there are plenty of places she could be hiding if she is spooked, so we are hoping she will come back when she is calm. The weather isn't helping, she never goes out in the rain. Thank you again!
    • Hi, Have you been letting her out the front door onto the street or would this be a first & therefore unfamiliar with the area? Does she respond to a name & is she spayed & microchipped? Our team carry scanners on our daily routes & will of course be looking our for her. I hope you are reunited with her soon. If not already, notify your street & surrounding streets (find out if they have Whatsapp groups) Dox will print & deliver free missing posters https://www.doxdirect.com/help/free-missing-pet-posters/ Call her at dusk & dawn when street & foot traffic is at its lowest.
