How to say sorry

I'm looking to a good example of how to genuinely say sorry for may actions. The best to date is Frank Kelly aka Father Jack.

Thanks John, that's a relief isn't it. At least he corrected the entire situation in his post-PM era as a Near and Middle East peace broker.
