Recommendation for a flat refurb

Looking for recommedations to quote for a full refurb of a 40 sq m 1st floor one bed flat.

Works include moving a kitchen from one room to another, installing a new bathroom, all associated plumbing and electrics. Moving a door frame and finishing new opening. Full decoration and building in various storage.

I'm looking for someone who has availability early in the new year.

  But bear in mind that the chef/s may have changed, so what may be a great Sunday lunch in a particular place one year might not be so great the next year (or vice versa of course!)
