Lovely ground-floor flat in a converted house overlooking the wonderful Brockwell Park. Two-double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, long and bright galley kitchen/diner, great WC/shower room, living room with park view, hallway, decorated to a good spec and part-furnished. Large private garden to the rear. Plenty of storage in the flat. Within easy walking distance of Herne Hill train station (9 mins) and Tulse Hill train station (13 mins), bus stops (1-2 mins), and many great local amenities (nice bars and pubs, delis and restaurants, bakeries and even a Lido!) in this lovely part of SE London. This was our home for 6 years and we are looking for people that will enjoy and look after it as much as we have.

Feel free to contact us for further information or to arrange a viewing.

    • What ever they decide I would have thought that the skate park would not be staying but really hope I am wrong as in my minds eye, I see the skate park as potential parking spaces after all if it is going to be community, flats, retail units, cafe, etc folks are going to want to have the parking availability - Amir like the parade of shops opposite. if the skate park goes then I think it is Dulwich Estate obligation to find another suitable area… a lot of community spirit and hard work went into developing the skate park and the youngsters should be very proud of what they have done  and achieved.
    • Hi all My car was stolen between 1.30pm-1.50pm today in SE22 East Dulwich in South East London. I have of course reported this to the police but not much is being done, so I thought I'd give this a shot. The registration is GM66YOV, though its possible the licence plate may have been changed by now. If you see it anywhere please contact me or the police. Thankyou!
