Simple gentle postures, breathing, pelvic floor work and Deep Relaxation (Yoga Nidra).

Satyananda yoga is a very relaxing style of yoga - lots of breathing - calming, nurturing - suitable for all.

Lowers high blood pressure, helps with anxiety, insomnia, stress, lower back probs, swollen ankles etc.


For women over 15 weeks pregnant.

    • Wow!  Is this the remnants of a wood pigeon?  We occasionally see the feathers following a kill but only once have I seen the hawk in the garden and certainly not like your experience.
