ianr
There is a page of guidance at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/tier-4-stay-at-home. The statutory instrument containing the actual regulations will of course be the authoritative source for the law. It's yet to appear. Guest
Of course there is no need for the statutory instrument for gyms and swimming pools in Tier4 to announce they close from tomorrow, as they have already done. All my sympathy to those who experience bereavement and grievance at this time of the year or have had their therapies and care stopped because of Covid. ianr
The new regulations SI 2020/1611 are now available at https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2020/1611/contents/made.They're written as an amendment to the original All Tiers regulations SI 2020/1374 of 2 December, https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2020/1374/contents. The meat of the amendments is a new freestanding Schedule 3A which specifies all the Tier 4 restrictions. An updated version of SI 2020/1374 could conceivably appear later.ETA: The All Tiers regulations SI 2020/1374 at https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2020/1374/contents did indeed become a fully consolidated version a day or two later.
