recommendation - tiler and builder

Hello,

Our landlord isn't physically able anymore to finish the work he started to damp proof the entry room under our external stairs.

I'm now in charge of finding a way to finish the work as he is in the hospital.

I would need to talk to a builder to come and finish insulation of the former coal room door and paint with mould proof paint (that we already have).

We would also need a tiler to come and check if we could cover the work he's done with strong tiles.

that was my landlord plan but happy to have anyone's point of view and opinion on the question.

please let me know if you know someone who could help...
