Has ED started to decline?

No one would argue that ED exists in a vacuum, but at the same time one has to consider the fact that ED is filled with desirable housing stock and green spaces that lie just a few miles from the centre of a major global capital. Good times will come and go, businesses will thrive or fail, but fundamentally ED has a huge amount going for it.
