Brian,Des and Miracle did a fantastic job decorating my bedroom in December 2020. The room was transformed from a bland space to one with personality and charm. The work was completed to an exceptionally high standard. As a team they were professional, knowlegable and friendly. They took extreme care over every task and were importantly clean and tidy. In addition to painting the bedroom I had a ceiling rose added, some electrical work done and some extra cupboard storage built in. It was great to be able to entrust the entire job to one team. Before any work started Brian made time for a colour consultation which was extremely helpful and inspired confidence in the job that was to be done, which indeed turned out to be excellent. Would highly recommend.

  I’d also recommend Paul for electrical work. He came round the other week to help us out with a handful of jobs (installing an SPD, new light fittings, installing a dimmer switch, a bathroom fan). His quote was cheaper than what I got from others, he turned up on time and he got the job done quickly.

  We’d like to add our recommendation for Lukasz and team at L&L Building & Maintenance. Lukasz has recently installed a roof terrace for us, and we’ve found him a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We contacted about a dozen recommended builders and found his quote very competitive. During the build his team delivered quality work, they were no hassle in the house at all and they kept the place tidy every day. The terrace looks great, and we’re very happy customers. What stood out in particular was Lukasz’s responsiveness, right from discussing quotes to follow-up during the build. Lukasz often checked in and was always available when we needed him. We’ll definitely contact Lukasz again for future building work and we’d happily recommend him to others looking for a reliable builder.   Yes, I did mention the train, which I now get from East Dulwich to Guys instead of the 40. Depends where in East Dulwich you are starting from which route is easiest! I think it is probably lack of staff rather than lack of hospitals which is the problem?
