Updated News Regarding Iceland

Have heard that Iceland are not closing too soon yet. Apparently M&S have pulled out.

oh dear, that is completely not true. iceland is not leaving at the beginning of january as originally planned thats all. the landowner is leasing to iceland by month whilst planning and all that stuff is sorted...

Oh. My daughter works in Bushells and they have been told this as although they're not closing it may affect them somehow. ( back entrance etc: ) we'll have to see what happens. Hope Iceland stays tho.

I spent three days at Iceland HQ in the 1990s, very impressive in those days with a very tight business model. I had great fun telling everyone I was spending three days in Iceland. Almost as much fun as when I went to the Nissan factory in Washington. Tyne and Wear.
