rosierundell
Hello, We are moving house but not selling our Rangemaster kitchener 90. Can anyone recommend a plumber to disconnect the gas and remove it to our garage... it's quite heavy! Thanks so much, Rosie x Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/275141-who-can-remove-my-rangemaster/ Share on other sites
malumbu
If it is a bayonet connection (like a light bulb) you can remove it yourself https://www.mybuilder.com/questions/v/42519/disconnect-has-cooker-bayonet-flex-connectionIf you get others to do it, they may need to be Gassafe registered, although it is still the same simple job Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/275141-who-can-remove-my-rangemaster/#findComment-1484016 Share on other sites

The Engineer will connect a Gas Manometer to the supply and wait a specific length of time to ensure pressure does not drop.
