HELP: Need to run Ethernet cable from house to garden office

Can anyone help running a 15 meter Cat 7 ethernet cable from my house to my garden office?

Only thing required would be a drill with a long drill bit (+- 30cm long) and the RJ45 crimping tool.

I managed to get it sorted in the end. I ran a Cat7 cable at first which was a disaster, and Cat6a cable did the trick in the end.
