Maybe if I write to the council to suggest a better PLO presence and show them this photo, they'll take me seriously (this was from the first incident and there were about ten other kids down on the ground next to the cafe). Perhaps the police and SNT have been in touch with the council already. But not long after one of these guys lobbed a bottle off the roof, a four year old child went past on a bicycle. -
