DIY flooring items for sale

selling the following items - I purchased both of these on the EDF and gumtree but unfortunately not quite right/not needed for the projects I had in mind. I am selling them both for what I paid for them as they were really good deals and I am not aiming to make a profit, just hoping they?d be the perfect fit for someone else?s DIY project.

Item 1: 3-ply engineered strand woven bamboo flooring 1 x box (covers 2.81m + 3x extra boards from opened box) and includes partial roll of quality cork underlay and 2x new aluminium door frame cover with screws (see pics) ?60 the lot

Item 2: 1 x box quality porcelain black unglazed tiles suitable for wall or floor tiling and internal or external usage. Tile dimensions are: 96mm x 96mm x 5mm, which with allowance for 4mm grouting gap, covers 1 square meter (100 tiles) ?20
