Wanted: Fancy dress for 3 year old

Hi everyone

I'm looking for fancy dress for my 3 year old daughter. They have a carnival party at her nursery this Thursday - I"m super late at organising anything I know... ;-)

Not really fussed what it is and could be just a single element too like bunny ears or angle wings etc and as I'm not sure she'll even wear it I'm not looking to spend lots.

  Yes,I noticed that our water pressure ( Barry Rd ) was unusually low this morning. Hence looking at Thames Water site. But .. does anyone know what the blue shaded area , outlined with dotted edge, indicates?
