Sofa, excellent condition, pick up from ED

Hello,

This is my sofa and was on long term loan to an extremely house proud friend, who has now moved away from the area. I don't have space for it and therefore sadly have decided to sell it, before the lovely landlords get their new tenants in. It was from M&S Home, is in fantastic condition, a comfortable quite 'upright' seating position (which my mum always preferred to my other big slouchy sofa!) and the colours are a kind of soft arsenic green and nice muted blue in a sort of ornate 'scroll' pattern Apologies for the low light in the pictures...from memory the measurements are about 200cm in length but may well be a bit less. It's definitely not a super large sofa, but a lovely 2 seater one, if that makes sense.

Offers welcome, and I could put my mask on and help get it down the stairs if someone needed a spare set of hands. But it will need a large car or small van. Central east dulwich.The flat has been empty for a few weeks now between tenants so guaranteed Covid free environs.

  Hi there, I am currently making a small independent short film and we are looking to shoot some scenes across 21 and 22nd June at Dawson's Heights. The story follows two young kids playing together over the course of a summer's evening. The scenes we are shooting would be on the grassy area and playground opposite the building. We think the location is absolutely beautiful and think it would be a perfect location for our film! I am trying to track down any residents that live at Dawson's Heights, who may be able to point me towards the right point of contact to see if we can get the correct permissions in place.
