We live on Underhill Road at the junction of Langton Rise.

We have had no water since around midday yesterday.

I have just come off the phone to Thames Water who claim the problem was fixed several hours ago.

Unless anybody else phones then they will not investigate any further, they believe this is now only a problem at my house.

If you have no water please urgently phone Thames Water (there is currently no queue and I got straight through).

Hi we live on Underhill too. I messaged Thames water last night and have rung this morning as well. They responded to one leak yesterday and it was resolved but there is now a larger burst pipe in woodvale. They couldn?t say when, but they are sending engineers out.
Just a heads up that there were three Thames Water vans working on the leak today on Wood Vale with traffic control. It's also not just on Wood Vale but also at the top of Forest Hill Road near Francesca Cabrini. The less good news is that the roadworks say they will be there until 22 Feb so it may not be a simple fix. Hope you got your water back by now.

    • @NewWave I know how you feel. Like you, I've lived and spent prolonged periods of time in some pretty crazy places and always thought I could handle a bunch of kids. But, no - they got to me and I was shaking like a leaf afterwards. That's what age does to us.  But I did engage with them, so bear that in mind.  My advice would be to never let anything like that stop you doing the things you love. I'm certainly not going to stop using the park, there's no way they get to take away our cherished spaces!  If you see them, just change tack and keep out of their way. My dog won't even go that way again, so that's that problem solved. (If I see them again, I'm going to keep taking photos from a safe distance).
    • Truly horrific. Being passive or fighting back is what many of us think about by violent theft.
    • What ridiculous waste of money
    • Lots of good primary schools within reach of there. Fairlawn, Goodrich, Ivydale and Horiman. Secondary schools you will definitely get into the Harris Academies or Sydenham Girls or Forest Hill Boys, you might just be on the boundary for the East Dulwich or North Dulwich Charter but it changes every year.
