Wanted: Recommendation for night nanny/gentle sleep training help

If anyone has someone they could recommend we are looking for a gentle sleep specialist/ night nanny that does in home visits. We?d love someone to help us remove a sleep crutch as gently as humanly possible and avoiding as many tears as possible (!) so our baby can link sleep cycles and fall asleep independently.

Thanks so much but we?re looking for someone that would come for a few days the way a night nanny would, rather than a consultation of a few hours. We feel like we know what we need to do but are looking for someone kind and experienced to help us through the first tough days.
