Builder/decorator for kitchen and living room work

Hi there

I'm looking to do some work on my one bedroom flat over the coming months and looking for a good builder/decorator to do the work. The main things I want doing are:

- Replaster of ceiling to remove artex finish

- Painting of kitchen, living room and hallway

- Retiling of kitchen floor and backsplash

Any recommendations for a reasonable and reliable builder/tradesperson that operates in the area would be greatly appreciated.
