No longer needed.

Wanted brick layer to clean and point inside of fireplace. Must have experience/references and be able to complete work in next 2 weeks. If interested I will send pictures for rough estimate of time/cost.

  I remember both, many, many years ago. And the Kings Arms was at the junction of East Dulwich Road and Peckham Rye, it was huge and was converted to flats. Oh those were the days.
