A family member has been booked by DMC to get their vaccine at the tessa jowell centre. Has anyone else had this? I?m just worrying that no reference or anything has been given. No text and no letter (as is the usual way). I?m just concerned my family member will turn up at Tessa Jowell only to get turned away. They struggle with mobility so it a considerable effort for them to get their and I?d hate to think they?d get turned away. Would anyone have any experience to share? Many thanks

I was fine, no booking reference is needed. My name was on the list held by the greeter, and was then confirmed by the first reception person.
