Hi all, does anybody have any estate agent recommendations? looking to market a terraced house in East Dulwich. Thanks in advance

Winkworth were brilliant when we sold our last place many moons ago. Ollie is lovely and his team are equally nice. Smaller agent and was lower fee than some of the bigger - KFH and Foxtons, tho they sometimes have discounted fees so keep an eye out for those.
