Hello East Dulwich Forum,

I would like to introduce you to our hand screen printed ?Sew & Tell? cloth kit dolls, now available at the Ed Warehouse, Zenoria Street.

Each doll is a champion for her continent, with 6 designs to choose from. Each modeling distinctive outfits and animal motifs bringing the best flavours and colours from around the globe. From shark print leggings to leopard print socks these girls have got style in spades! Inspiring children to ask questions about their sisters in foreign climes, you will need to keep the Atlas handy!

Our aim is to provide gifts that grow, not shrink when you

unwrap them, providing an opportunity to spend time together, learning new skills and with busy hands

let the mind wander over the the who, what and where for curious creative children keen to learn about the world they live in.

Each doll comes with a "how to" picture guide and info on the girl effect organisation, raising awareness for adolescent girls the world over to realise their unique worth and effect real change in their communities before the door of opportunity is closed for them.

10% of every sale goes towards the girl revolution-

    • It is most likely gas, with what looks like a stop cock, and although the pipe may well have been isolated later from the supply you should get in a gas safe engineer to remove it. At worst it might need to be capped off beneath the floor boards. Don't interfere with it yourself.
    • Sorry, I know this isn't strictly an East Dulwich topic but as there are so many late-Victorian properties in the area I wondered if anyone has seen anything similar in their house and can advise. We have what looks like an old gas outlet on the back wall of our daughter's bedroom which we'd like to remove, but we weren't sure whether it's safe to do so. Do I just call a registered gas engineer to check it out? And is it definitely a gas outlet or might it be something else? It's at floor level so maybe electricity but it doesn't look like any electricity outlet I've ever seen! Has anyone had any experience of dealing with something similar?
    • Just had a look at the above web sites you listed. Mot tax look for free .but you still need to pay to get service results.sàme as the ones I liste
    • Love Franklins. Rod and Tim created something wonderful. Glad to hear it looks like it will continue in the same spirit.
