Builder recommendations (knock through an interior wall to create a door)

Hi all,

I?d be grateful for any recommendations of decent builders who would be able to knock through part of an internal structural wall (in a Victorian property) to create a new doorway. Not major works in the grand scheme of things but would like some recommendations from others who may have done this in their home if anyone can help. Thank you!
