i like to have a wee bit of banter on here then you get people like this leaving posts trying to discredit or make you out to be a rip off..... easily could have been said privately but the lads intention was clearly to wind you up... wee bit sad if you ask us

So should Alec1 just keep to himself the fact that he could buy this item, albeit in a different colour (from Amazon or Robert Dyas), brand new with a warranty for less than the advertised price of this, presumably, used item? Is it just 'buyer-beware'?

Thanks, Callum, the 'lad' had zero intention of trying to discredit, nor did I consider for one minute that the OP was trying to be a 'rip off'. I was interested in purchasing, went to Amazon to see potential reviews then saw the price. It's strange how you accuse me of making assumptions yet you have made some huge assumptions yourself.
