HELP/ADVICE - NOISY NEIGHBOURS

Dear all, neighbors have installed speakers, sounds bar in the living room since December 2020, which is preventing me from sleeping. because of the vibrations. I was wondering if anyone has come across the same thing. Is there anything I could do? I would welcome any tips and tricks. Thank you

They might not realize how the sound is travelling up to your flat so go and tell them nicely at first if they are reasonable neighbors it should help your problem

I feel for you sterling21, it's miserable having to put up with noise from your neighbours, even just occasionally - but as it's an ongoing issue and affecting your sleep as you say, and you've tried dealing with it directly without success, I'd suggest you call Southwark's noise team on 0207 525 5777 to report the problem.
