There definitely a guy who matches that description who hangs around London and Dartmouth roads in Forest Hill. He pushed past me very roughly a couple of weeks ago at the crossing by the station and he was shouting and muttering to himself. -

I also want to make clear that I can't be certain that it is the same person, I just strongly suspect it based on local chat and the police description! Even if it isn't, I hope my description helps somebody else. That said, I'd rather there be just a single man out there attacking women rather than multiple! Obv ZERO is the perfect number of men attacking women. He didn't strike me as wicked, either, just that he had taken leave from his own brain in a violent way...
