Pilates or Yoga One to One or group classes in your garden or at the park

Recommended Posts

Post Lockdown Yoga and Pilates one to one or with your friends in nature.I offer 30 years of experience in body & mind centering. I am a fully qualified Pilates Foundation Teacher, Choreographer and Dancer, Laban Centre and Hatha and Scaravelli Yoga Teacher qualified in India.

The best place to practice Inspiral Flow classes is in-fact surrounded by the nature.

First of all because we breathe, and we breathe better. There is more oxygen and less carbon dioxide than in a closed studio. The air is purer, and our bodies happier.

Our body, mind & soul get stimulate by nature, visually and sensorially, we feel nature as we move more freely with more space to explore movements, groundedness and spaciousness.

My InSpiral Flow classes are for everyone who would like to find more strength, confidence, fluidity and flow, in body and mind. All are welcome. It doesn?t matter if you have never done Yoga , Pilates or Garuda before, or if you have been practising for years.

Using awareness of sensation I will guide students to explore natural spirals, waves, pulses, expansion and contraction, integrated movement, breath and pause. Listening without judgement to what your body has to say, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

This is less about holding poses and more about exploring the spaces in between them. There is a focus on how the human body moves as a whole, inviting the ground, spine and breath into this experience.

Whether it is a slow flow or dynamic class, the journey will invite you to a conversation with yourself, your body, your mind and your emotion.

Yoga, Pilates and Garuda classes for all, in South East London, Peckham, East Dulwich, Elephant & Castle and Camberwell.

    • I’m currently conducting exploratory research into menstrual health education in UK secondary schools and would really value the insight of PSHE leads, Heads of Year, or pastoral staff.    The research aims to understand:   How the menstrual cycle is currently taught within the RSHE framework Where schools feel confident — and where there may be gaps Whether students are taught and  asking questions around the full menstrual cycle, symptoms, wellbeing and conditions such as PMS/PMDD or endometriosis How schools support students in feeling empowered to understand their bodies and seek help appropriately Whether education around nutrition, lifestyle, and menstrual wellbeing is currently addressed   The long-term goal is to explore whether there is a need for additional, age-appropriate, medically informed support on the menstrual cycle.  I’m not selling a programme and there is no obligation beyond a 30 minute informal chat online (Unpaid). All conversations will be confidential and used only to inform the research. If you work in a UK secondary school and would be willing to share your perspective, I would be extremely grateful to hear from you. Please comment below or email me [email protected] Thank you for the vital work you do. Best wishes, Emma
    • Nice topic and nice song!  1) Definitely top of Canonbie, looking North. 2) What used to be Francesca Cabrini school at the top of FHR. 3) Honor Oak playground, next to Camberwell New cemetery.
