ameliathorpe
Just wanted to mention that on Monday (19th April), local charity Burgess Sports takes over the running of the cafe by the tennis courts in Burgess Park, serving great coffee, tea, pastries, toasties, soup, salads and cakes. All profits go towards providing activities and food for local vulnerable children. If the sun is out next week, why not enjoy a nice walk from East Dulwich to Burgess Park to visit Clubhouse cafe, knowing that you will help provide a better start in life to local children with every cup of coffee! dougiebr
Hope you got your test on return to ED-have you not been reading the details of the variant in Lambeth??Guess Southwark will be added to the list if we all flock to a cafe in Brockwell Park. I don't understand this comment? I walked the whole way and was out in the open the entire time? I don't know what Brockwell has to do with this post.. nikthegreek
I think dougiebr has confused Brockwell Park and Burgess Park Burgess Park is obviously in Southwark, no need to go via Lambeth :)Great to see the cafe being used to support such a worthwhile cause.
