Looking for a Mother?s help, for around 15-20 hours per week, preferably mornings.

Duties will be divided between looking after one seven month old, and housework - things like folding/hanging/putting away laundry, ironing, tidying toys/children?s bedrooms, stacking/emptying dishwasher, wiping down surfaces after meals/sweeping under the table - all the daily jobs. We have a cleaner for the heavy cleaning.

We live off Forest Hill Road.

Please message if you?re interested.

Hello Elca,

I am currently applying for Nannying work. I live in Forest Hill and have just seen your advertisement to look after your 7 month baby, and to help with house work.

I have worked with nursery children, primary and secondary within schools previously, as a Teaching Assistant and cover supply Teacher. It was very rewarding to me, as I got through to a lot of the children by listening and taking part. I have Nephew's and a Niece of my own and my friends have young baby's. I am attentive and compassion, encouragement.

I would very much like to help you.

I have much cleaning experience.

I can send you my CV via email if you can send me yours?

Thank you.

Kind regards,

Jessica

    • Now I have heard everything…..not send your kid to a school because you don’t like the name - so to get my head around this, if school is outstanding, parents won’t send their child there because of name of school? Or have I not understood?
    • A quick Google says that it is not undersubscribed unlike many subject schools so those claims mentioned above may not be true. Last Ofsted was good.  You are definitely right about the money. This is what trusts do. Remove word ‘subject’ above Remove word ‘subject’ above I can’t edit my ridiculous errors but would like to apologise  for messy post
    • I have heard claims that people don't send their children there because of the name of the school..?  I genuinely cannot get my head around this one. The school is named after the road it is on which is named after the history of the area!  'Grove Primary School' is potentially the most boring name they could have come up with, and for a school struggling financially, is rebranding the school really the best use of funds?
    • Certainly unique, can't argue with that.
