The simplest way is a no.40 bus from LB (the southern end of the bridge) to one of the stops on Lordship Lane - either Heber Road or Crystal Palace Road.

The quickest might be to get a train from LB to Peckham Rye, then a 12 or a 197 from Rye Lane to the 4th stop on Barry Road which I think is Goodrich.

No doubt somebody will now come on here flaming me for giving bad advice and you could shave at least 20 seconds by some other route...

If you are coming straight from Euston the quickest way would be to take the Victoria line to Brixton (the end of the line), turn left out of the station and walk about three minutes to the stop for the 37 which is near to the Ritzy cinema. Get off at Townley Road, walk down there, cross the road and Goodrich is on the left with a church on the corner.

If you are coming on a Sunday or late in the evening, get a 68 all the way to King's College hospital and then change for the 40, 176 or 185. The buses in London announce the stops so that helps. During the day it might be busy and take a fair bit of time.

If you are travelling a bit in London consider getting an Oyster card and loading it up with about ?15 or so. Tube fares are pricey if you pay one off fares, buses likewise.

If you are coming from Euston, a train to East Dulwich and then a 40, 176 or 185 to Goodrich is easiest and simplest.

    • There is no other way than to move out. I am in such a situation myself where our neighbours are complete assholes. They breached the Covenants and when we pointed it they said to take them to court if we want.  Unfortunately, they have made our life miserable and we have to move out.    What helped in our situation is having a calm conversation face to face. It only happened after they tasted their own medicine(i know it's mean but nothing else helps).   I know it's unfair but better move out and prioritise your mental health.
    • Thank you so much for the reply. Jeffery turned up a couple of hours ago. I edited title to say found but somehow it didn't save. Thank you so much for going to the trouble of posting this sighting... even if it didn't turn out to be Jeff.  Jeff came running down the street like a bat out of hell and ran into the house. Never been so relieved. Mind you i've been up and down the roads shouting his name out all day. Even in Wingfield street. 🤗
    • I saw a smallish black cat outside 1 Wingfield Street just now.  I am not convinced it was Jeff, the eyes look a little different.
