Builder Recommendation - Vata Construction

I am currently having renovation works done on a Victorian Mid-Terrace and hired Hekuran of Vata Construction for the job and would like to recommend his firm who have undertaken/are in the process of undertaking the following works:

- Partition wall extensions

- Stair removal/replacement

- Chimney breast removal

- Laying of wooden flooring (engineered and parquet)

- Kitchen installation

- Painting & Decorating

- Wooden panelling

- Joinery (alcove + under stair cupboards, built in wardrobes, shelving)

- Replacement of gas pipes/radiators

Though the job is underway, I am writing this recommendation as I am very happy with:

- The initial quotation which was itemised

- The response time on queries and the amenability to take on additions to the job as well as advise on how to improve our plans within budget

- The quality of the work so far looks excellent

- His team are all very friendly, helpful and most importantly - good workers. The job was a last minute job with plenty of changes and Hekuran has (through working overtime) managed to keep us on track for the completion date.

Hekuran is very good at communicating and keeping us abreast on the progress of the job as well as very good at coming up with solutions to any issues he has encountered during the build.
