Which vaccine is given at Tessa Jowell at the moment ?

Hi, did anyone have a 1st dose of vaccine recently at the Tessa Jowell health centre? And if so which one was it please?

Received mine yesterday, it was Astrazeneca.

I think (a guess, I don't know for sure) that Tessa Jowell is conserving its Pfizer for 2nd vaccinations mainly, until it has cleared those due. So probably mainly doing new AZ.

Were you Pfizer? I believe deliveries of this have been patchy recently. For those awaiting first vaccine calls, a postponement of a particular 2nd vaccine may have no impact on the timing of your first, if it is a brand supply issue.

I had my first dose there yesterday and it was Astrazeneca. I was told that they are not mixing vaccinnes for the 1st and 2nd dose there and that there is a delay in getting Pfizer at the moment.

I have a heavy week with other medical things and I was thinking of cancelling anyway. Just in case I got a reaction.

Slightly annoyed that someone I assume them rang me twice on a withheld number. What's on other occasions they've used the number from the Tessa of Jowell surgery.

I suspect some calls I made using mobiles that staff righkly dont want to reveal numbers.

415 vaccines were given yesterday from a daily target of 415. A few no shows ( which is why they call around to do their best to use it).
