Perfect for a small project eg under stairs cupboard, small hallway or utility room

Item 1: 3-ply engineered strand woven bamboo flooring 1 x box (covers 2.81m + 3x extra boards from opened box) and includes partial roll of quality cork underlay and 2x new aluminium door frame cover with screws (see pics) reduced to ?40 the lot

Item 2: 1 x box quality porcelain black unglazed tiles suitable for wall or floor tiling and internal or external usage. Tile dimensions are: 96mm x 96mm x 5mm, which with allowance for 4mm grouting gap, covers 1 square meter (100 tiles) Reduced to ?10
