Yoga wheel with plain, thick cork padding.

I use it for opening up my chest and back, but it's also great for other yoga poses. You can use it to bring new dimensions to familiar poses, as a support for new poses while you build up strength and flexibility, or even as a roller to ease away tension. Dimensions: 33 x 13 x 33

Selling because I'm moving but it's served my terrible laptop posture well.

  To be candid I know that the matter is still very upsetting and traumatic for my family so I haven't really looked into this at all. However, thank you for sharing the information regarding the coroner's inquest its a route I will definitely explore.

  You could make apple juice from eating apples, it would be very sweet, but for cider you need cider apples which are very different.
