Carpenter Quite - Restoration and fitting of a door and door panel.

We bought a door that we would like a professional to restore. We want to bring back the natural colours of the wood. We want to enhance/bring out the beautiful wood it's made of. The door will have a door handle on the left.

We want to receive a quote from a carpenter and also feedback on who the carpenter will restore the door. Advise us on removing the dark stain. We also want a quote for fitting the door and making a new right panel as well. Our new door is heavy and 5 cm thick.

Please see attached image of the current door and our new door. I prefer written correspondence over phone calls. Thank you

  Surely you are still covered under these circumstances even if you don't have the physical licence? I can't believe you would be prevented from driving? That would be a ridiculous system. I don't recall any delays when mine was renewed. Why would their medical department be involved if you have no medical issues? Could someone have made some admin mistake somewhere along the line?
