Experienced and passionate childcare support available from a training teacher

Recommended Posts

Hey everyone,

I'd like to offer my babysitting and ad hoc nannying services here. A bit about me - I'm a mature student, undertaking a BA in Primary Education with qualified teacher status, so in 2 years I'll be a teacher! I'm very passionate about children and child development, especially in the early years (aged 0-5).

I?m looking for a job over the summer, ideally 3 full days a week starting w/c 14th June, however am flexible with both hours and start date. I?ve got years of experience in all types of childcare - I've worked in nurseries, schools and nannied children aged 11 months up to 8 y/o. I have newborn experience from nursery baby room exp. I also have a year of studying and working as a training teacher in a local Reception class.

I grew up in Honor Oak Park, so although I don't drive, I am very profficient at getting around the area. I am now based in Brockley. I've used the Ed forum to get 3 amazing nanny jobs that I've absolutely loved, so I know this community is a great place to start.

I have plenty of excellent references, available on request. I am DBS checked and have a paediatric first aid qualification.

Look forward to hearing from you!

Nina

    • In deed.   An hour is optimistic. I'd always use the train/tube, so many options from the slowish Picadilly, quick Heathrow Express and Lizzy line in the middle. In the old days I'd go out to Feltham via Clapham Junction and either get a cab from there or the bus to avoid central London Alternatively 3 hours by bus only Or a couple of hours by bike, I have cycled there a few times including illegally going through the tunnel as it is so bike unfriendly.
