Urgent Bathroom Fitter/Plumber Required - Cowboy Builders need replacing

We've been having our bathroom refitted and have had some cowboy builders who have taken 2 and half weeks to remove the tiles and put the bath in (still not connected!). This should have taken two or three days maximum. As a result we're way behind schedule and need to be back in our flat as soon as possible as we're still without a working loo!

Tiling of floor and bath/shower

Fitting of bathtub, sink/vanity & toilet

Plastering & decoration of walls and ceilings

New towel rail to be integrated in to wall with concealed pipework

Electrical work (New extractor/new light fittings and towel rail to be dual fuel)

Bathroom is a small bathroom for a 1 bedroom flat.
